For more than 20 years, Blueprint for Change, through its system of Neighborhood Places, joins together with caring communities to put the well being of families and their children first. We wish to share the responsibility for the safety of Hawaiʻi’s youth by providing at risk families with the tools they need to create a safe and nurturing environment for their children.

Child abuse and neglect is a societal problem that affects individuals across all walks of life, and creates devastating consequences for those directly involved and the public at large.
OUR MISSION
Blueprint for Change develops and supports family-centered, community driven service delivery models that assure the safety and well-being of children who have been identified as at-risk for abuse and/or neglect.
