Neighborhood Place of Puna
Provides the following services to help families build a safe and nurturing home:
Free, Short-term family Outreach and home visits
Talk Story Counseling
Information and referral to other community resources
Solutions to difficult situations
Address parenting concerns, power struggles, chores, curfew, etc.
Advocacy and Support
Basic Life Skills
Community Outreach and coordination of community services
How Can you help?
Come in and visit us
Ask the Neighborhood Place to send a family outreach worker to your home
Tell a Friend or neighbor about the program
Help reduce child abuse and neglect by helping a neighbor
Call the Neighborhood Place for someone who needs our services
Become a volunteer
